Nova Wola
Nova Wola restaurant offers simple plates of food, using high quality ingredients sourced from Polish suppliers and foraged in the wild. We serve an authentic Polish cuisine, where hero ingredients and national products are celebrated. Our focus is on traditional dishes and the simplicity of these, but utilising unique ingredients. We want to celebrate convivial and social dining, with sharing plates taking centre stage.
